Methods for transmittal of voter registration applications or declinations

A designated employee may use any of the following methods to transmit voter registration applications or declinations under section 3 or 4 of this chapter:

  1. (1) Hand delivery to the county voter registration office.
  2. (2) Delivery by the United States Postal Service, using first class mail.
  3. (3) Electronic transfer, after approval by the co-directors of the election division.
