Ind. Code § 12-14-2-0.5

"Essential person" defined

As added by P.L.46-1995, SEC.11.

As used in this chapter, "essential person" means a person other than a parent who:

(1) is the relative of a dependent child;
(2) cares for the dependent child; and
(3) complies with IC 12-14-1-1 .
