- (a) The county office shall submit to the division within fifteen (15) working days the county office's recommendations concerning an application for assistance under this chapter.
- (b) The division shall act upon a recommendation under subsection
- (a) within thirty (30) working days.
- (c) The time limits imposed under subsections (a) and (b) do not apply if either of the following occurs:
- (1) The application is incomplete.
(2) The county office is unable to verify the information in the application.
