Ind. Code § 12-10-21-4

"Program participant"

As added by P.L.122-2026, SEC.48.

As used in this chapter, "program participant" means an individual who acts in accordance with section 8 of this chapter. The term includes:

(1) the operator of a motor vehicle; and
(2) a passenger of a motor vehicle.
