1. (a) The bureau shall submit annually:

   1. (1) a summary of the dementia strategic plan; and

   2. (2) a report concerning outcomes from implementation of the dementia strategic plan;

      to the general assembly.

2. (b) The dementia strategic plan and report required under subsection (a) must be submitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
