Ind. Code § 12-10-2-6

Quorum

As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.4.
  1. (a) Nine (9) members of the commission constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of the commission.

  2. (b) Approval by nine (9) members of the commission is required for any action to be taken by the commission.
