Police powers
As added by P.L.77-2009, SEC.5.
Except as provided in section 4 of this chapter, a correctional police officer may:
- (1) make an arrest;
- (2) conduct a search or a seizure of a person or property;
- (3) carry a firearm; and
- (4) exercise other police powers with respect to the enforcement of Indiana laws.
