Establishment of county misdemeanant fund

As added by P.L.204-2016, SEC.29.

(a) A county legislative body receiving deposits made under section 7 of this chapter shall establish a county misdemeanant fund.
(b) The county fiscal body shall administer the county misdemeanant fund.
(c) The fund consists of deposits made by the department under section 7 of this chapter.
