- (a) The council may receive confidential law enforcement information from the state police department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or other federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies.
- (b) For purposes of IC 5-14-1.5 and IC 5-14-3 , information received under subsection (a) is confidential.
