Ind. Code § 10-19-13-7

Testing

As added by P.L.132-2023, SEC.1.

(a) The department may, to the extent possible, test one thousand (1,000) individuals described in section 6 of this chapter.
(b) If there is additional money in the fund at the end of the state fiscal year, the department may test additional individuals described in section 6 of this chapter.
