Ind. Code § 10-19-12-1 – Nuclear regulatory agreement

This agreement shall be effective immediately upon:

(1) approval by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission; and
(2) signing by the governor and the chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
