Ind. Code § 10-17-7-2

"Prisoner of war or person missing in action"

As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.8.

As used in this chapter, "prisoner of war or person missing in action" means a person who:

  1. (1) was a resident of Indiana at the time the person entered service of the United States armed forces; and
  2. (2) while serving in the United States armed forces, was declared a prisoner of war or a person missing in action as established by the United States Secretary of Defense after January 1, 1960.
