An action on civil proceeding may not be presented against:

1. (1) any member of the armed forces of Indiana who prefers charges against any person subject to military discipline; or

2. (2) any member of a military court or officer or person acting under the court's authority or reviewing its proceedings on account of the:

   1. (A) approval, imposition, or execution of any sentence;
   2. (B) imposition or collection of a fine or penalty; or

   3. (C) execution of any warrant, writ, execution, process, or mandate of a military court.
