Disorderly conduct in presence of court-martial

As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.7.
  1. (a) A person connected with the military service:

    1. (1) shall treat a court-martial with respect; and
    2. (2) in default of respectful consideration, may be proceeded against by arrest and trial.
  2. (b) A person who is not connected with the military service shall behave with respect and decorum toward a court-martial.
  3. (c) A person who engages in disorderly conduct in the presence of a court-martial commits a Class C infraction.
