Ind. Code § 10-16-17-1

Director

As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.7.

The director of the division of graves registration established by the adjutant general shall:

(1) be a member of a patriotic organization;
(2) be appointed by the adjutant general; and
(3) serve without compensation.
