Each company consists of the following:

1. (1) One (1) cadet lieutenant.
2. (2) One (1) cadet lieutenant (junior grade).
3. (3) One (1) cadet ensign.

4. (4) At least forty (40) and not more than one hundred (100) petty officers and enlisted persons.
