Ind. Code § 10-16-1-13

"National guard"

As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.7.

(a) "National guard" means the Indiana army national guard and the Indiana air national guard.
(b) The term may apply to the national guard of Indiana or the national guard of the United States according to the tenor of the appropriate section.
