Personal information stored in the Indiana DNA data base is limited to:

1. (1) data necessary to:

   1. (A) generate investigative leads; and
   2. (B) support statistical interpretation of test results; and

2. (2) any other information necessary to allow for the successful implementation of the Indiana DNA data base system.
