Collection of samples
As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.4.
DNA samples for the Indiana DNA data base must be collected in a medically approved manner by one (1) of the following:
- (1) A physician.
- (2) A registered nurse.
- (3) A licensed vocational nurse.
- (4) A licensed clinical laboratory technologist.
(5) Any other person trained to collect DNA samples properly.
