Ind. Code § 1-3-3-5

Term; vacancy

As added by P.L.148-2025, SEC.1.
  1. (a) This section applies only to an Indiana member.
  2. (b) A member of the commission serves a four (4) year term that expires on June 30 of an odd-numbered year.
  3. (c) A member of the commission may be reappointed to successive terms.
  4. (d) The governor shall fill a vacancy on the commission. An individual appointed to fill a vacancy serves for the unexpired term of the individual's predecessor.
