Ind. Code § 1-3-3-14 – Effectiveness of recommendation

A commission recommendation to adjust the boundary between the State of Indiana and the State of Illinois does not take effect until approved by all of the following:

(1) The general assembly.
(2) The legislature of the State of Illinois.
(3) The Congress of the United States.
