Ind. Code § 1-3-2-1

"Boundary county"

As added by P.L.106-2009, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "boundary county" refers to any of the following:

  1. (1) Elkhart County.
  2. (2) LaGrange County.
  3. (3) LaPorte County.
  4. (4) St. Joseph County.
  5. (5) Steuben County.
