Ind. Code § 1-1-16-3

"Critical infrastructure"

As added by P.L.118-2023, SEC.3.

As used in this chapter, "critical infrastructure" means any part of:

(1) a facility, structure, or station listed in IC 35-46-10-1 (a); or
(2) a military installation;
that is located in Indiana.
