1. (a) Subject to subsection (f) of this Section and except as provided in subsection (a-5) of this Section, in the absence of an express, contrary indication by the donor, a person other than the donor is barred from changing, amending, or revoking an anatomical gift of a donor's body or part if the donor made an anatomical gift of the donor's body or part under Section 5-20 or an amendment to an anatomical gift of the donor's body or part under Section 5-42.
2. (a-5) Upon the death of a donor who is an unemancipated minor, a parent or guardian of the donor may amend or revoke an anatomical gift of the donor's body made under subsection (b-1) of Section 5-20 of this Act.
3. (b) A donor's revocation of an anatomical gift of the donor's body or part under Section 5-42 is not a refusal and does not bar another person specified in subsection (a) or (b) of Section 5-5 from making an anatomical gift of the donor's body or part under subsection (a), (b), (e), or
4. (e-5) of Section 5-20.
5. (c) If a person other than the donor makes an unrevoked anatomical gift of the donor's body or part under subsection (a) or (b) of Section 5-20, or an amendment to an anatomical gift of the donor's body or part under Section 5-42, another person may not make, amend, or revoke the gift of the donor's body or part under subsection (e) or (e-5) of Section 5-20.
6. (d) In the absence of an express, contrary indication by the donor or other person authorized to make an anatomical gift, a revocation of an anatomical gift of a donor's body or part under Section 5-42 by a person other than the donor does not bar another person from making an anatomical gift of the body or part under subsection (a), (b), (e), or
7. (e-5) of Section 5-20.
8. (e) In the absence of an express, contrary indication by the donor or other person authorized to make an anatomical gift under subsection (a) of Section 5-5, an anatomical gift of a part is neither a refusal to give another part nor a limitation on the making of an anatomical gift of another part at a later time by the donor or another person.
9. (f) In the absence of an express, contrary indication by the donor or other person authorized to make an anatomical gift under subsection (a) of Section 5-5, an anatomical gift of a part for one or more of the purposes set forth in subsection (a) of Section 5-5 is not a limitation on the making of an anatomical gift of the part for any of the other purposes by the donor or any other person under subsection (a), (b), (b-5), (b-10), (e), or
10. (e-5) of Section 5-20.
