1. (a) Except as expressly provided in the gestational surrogacy contract, the intended parent or parents shall be entitled to all remedies available at law or equity.
2. (b) Except as expressly provided in the gestational surrogacy contract, the gestational surrogate shall be entitled to all remedies available at law or equity.
