A judge assigned to preside over a veteran and servicemembers court shall have experience, training, and continuing education in topics including, but not limited to:

1. (1) criminal law;
2. (2) behavioral health;
3. (3) confidentiality;
4. (4) ethics;
5. (5) evidence-based practices;
6. (6) substance use disorders;
7. (7) mental illness;
8. (8) co-occurring disorders; and
9. (9) presiding over various types of problem-solving courts.
