(a) The Department may operate:
- (1) up to 50 video gaming terminals as provided in the Video Gaming Act during the scheduled dates of the Illinois State Fair; and
- (2) up to 30 video gaming terminals as provided in the Video Gaming Act during the scheduled dates of the DuQuoin State Fair.
- (b) No more than 10 video gaming terminals may be placed in any temporary pavilion where alcoholic beverages are served at either State Fair.
