(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)

1. (a) Except as provided in this Section, the fees for the administration and enforcement of this Act shall be set by the Department by rule. The fees shall not be refundable.
2. (b) Cemetery manager applicants and customer service employee applicants shall pay any certification program or continuing education program fee directly to the entity offering the program.
3. (c) The Department may waive fees based upon hardship.
4. (d) Nothing shall prohibit a cemetery authority from paying, on behalf of its cemetery managers or customer service employees, their application, renewal, or restoration fees.
5. (e) All fees and other moneys collected under this Act shall be deposited in the Cemetery Oversight Licensing and Disciplinary Fund.
6. (f) The fee for application as a cemetery authority seeking a full exemption is $0.
7. (g) The fee to renew registration as a fully exempt cemetery authority is $0.
8. (h) The fee for application as a cemetery authority seeking a partial exemption is $150.
9. (i) The fee to renew registration as a partially exempt cemetery authority is $150.
10. (j) The fee for original licensure, renewal, and restoration as a cemetery authority not seeking a full or partial exemption is $75.
11. (k) The fee for original licensure, renewal, and restoration as a cemetery manager is $25.
12. (l) The fee for original licensure, renewal, and restoration as a customer service employee is $25.
