(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

Any corporation, limited liability company, or partnership who desires to obtain an auction firm license shall:

1. (1) apply to the Department on forms provided by the Department accompanied by the required fee;
2. (2) provide evidence to the Department that the auction firm has a properly licensed managing auctioneer; and
3. (3) any requirement as defined by rule.
