225 ILCS 330/37

Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

An order or certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that:

(a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary;
(b) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and
(c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
