- (a) No person may interfere or threaten to interfere with or cause any interference with the utility service of a small business or penalize any person who supplies information to the Advocate or participates in any of the Advocate's activities, in retribution for supplying such information or for such participation.
- (b) No person may act with intent to prevent, interfere with or hinder the activities permitted under this Act.
