(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2026)

1. (a) During fiscal year 2024 only, at the direction of and upon notification from the Director of Insurance, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer up to a total of $10,000,000 from the Insurance Producer Administration Fund to the Illinois Health Benefits Exchange Fund.
2. (b) During fiscal year 2025 only, at the direction of and upon notification from the Director of Insurance, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer up to a total of $15,500,000 from the Insurance Producer Administration Fund to the Illinois Health Benefits Exchange Fund.
3. (c) This Section is repealed on January 1, 2026.
