205 ILCS 205/2001.15
An "out-of-state savings bank holding company" means a savings bank holding company whose principal place of business is in a state other than Illinois and that is not controlled, directly or indirectly, by another savings bank holding company whose principal place of business is outside of the Geographic Area.
