Definitions

Effective Jul 1, 2005(Source: P.A. 94-100, eff. 7-1-05.)

In this Act:

"DecaBDE" means decabromodiphenyl ether.

"OctaBDE" means octabromodiphenyl ether.

"PBDE" means polybrominated diphenyl ether.

"PentaBDE" means pentabromodiphenyl ether.
