Subject to the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Act, reproduced copies of the following forms, reports and schedules may be filed in lieu of the original copy:

1. (a) capital stock tax return or schedule required by the General Revenue Law of Illinois;
2. (b) any personal property tax return or schedule required by the General Revenue Law of Illinois;
3. (c) any annual report required by the "Business Corporation Act of 1983", as amended;
4. (d) any annual report required by the "General Not for Profit Corporation Act", approved July 17, 1943, as heretofore or hereafter amended.
