A recipient of a grant under this Act may use the grant moneys to do any one or more of the following:
- (1) Purchase equipment.
- (2) Acquire a new physical location for the purpose of delivering community behavioral healthcare services.
- (3) Construct or renovate new or existing community behavioral health center sites.
