Penalty for failure to fulfill the conditions of a DFI award

Effective Aug 4, 2004(Source: P.A. 93-862, eff. 8-4-04.)

If the obligation of the award is not met, repayment of the funds awarded may be required according to procedures developed by the Program Board.
