1. (a) In any proceeding in which a victim who is a member of a union has accused a perpetrator who is a member of the same union, the victim and the perpetrator may not be represented in the proceeding by the same union representative.
2. (b) The union must designate separate union representatives to represent the parties to the proceeding.
