1. (a) The disclosure requirements of Section 25 of this Act apply to the renegotiation of a consumer lease. A renegotiation does not constitute a transaction subject to warranty or other provisions that apply to the sale of used vehicles under the laws of this State.
2. (b) The disclosure requirements of Section 25 of this Act do not apply to an extension of a consumer lease of six months or less.
