815 ILCS 505/2YY
No person shall advertise, represent or imply that any person can earn money working at home by stuffing envelopes, addressing envelopes, mailing circulars, clipping newspaper and magazine articles, assembling products, bill processing, or performing similar work, unless the person making the advertisement or representation:
(4) discloses in writing to the person who will perform the represented tasks an exact description of the work to be performed, the amount of any wage, salary, set fee, or commission to be paid for the performance of the represented tasks, and all terms and conditions for earning such wage, salary, set fee, or commission. No person shall require an individual to solicit or induce other individuals to participate in a work-at-home program.
A person who violates this Section commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act.
