Violations of the Private Business and Vocational Schools Act of 2012

A school subject to the Private Business and Vocational Schools Act of 2012 commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act when it violates subsection (k) of Section 85 of the Private Business and Vocational Schools Act of 2012.
