Fees, franchise taxes, and charges to be collected by Secretary of State. The Secretary of State shall charge and collect in accordance with the provisions of this Act:

1. (a) Fees for filing documents.
2. (b) License fees.
3. (c) Franchise taxes.
4. (d) Miscellaneous charges.
5. (e) Fees for filing annual reports.
