805 ILCS 206/1201
Uniformity of application and construction
Effective Jan 1, 2003(Source: P.A. 92-740, eff. 1-1-03.)
This Act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this Act among States enacting it.
