- (a) It is unlawful, for the purposes of operation of fishing or musseling devices, (i) for licensed commercial fishermen or musselors to loan licenses to any other individual, or
- (ii) for any person to possess the license of another.
- (b) It shall be unlawful to disturb in any manner the licensed devices of another person without consent of that person.
