Payment by the Comptroller to Illinois State-Supported Institutions of Higher Learning
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 30-14.2 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5].DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS
The amounts that become due to any Illinois State-supported institution of higher learning shall be payable by the Comptroller to such institution on vouchers approved by the Department.
