Membership of the Board of Appeals
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 2(9) of the Department of Veterans' Affairs Act [20 ILCS 2805/2(9)].DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS
The membership of the Board of Appeals shall consist of no more than seven (7) members appointed by the Director. The Director shall serve as the Chairman of the Board of Appeals.
