Applications

AUTHORITY: Implementing "AN ACT to provide for the payment of compensation to persons who were eligible for the Illinois World War II or Korean Conflict bonus or both but who failed to receive such bonus" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 126½, par. 57.71 et seq.) and authorized by Section 2(9) of "AN ACT creating the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 126½, par. 67(9)).DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS

Applications for compensation under this Act must be made to the Department of Veterans' Affairs. Each application must be supported by a certified copy or notarized photostatic copy of separation from service in the Armed Forces. All other evidence must be certified true copies or notarized photostatic copies.
