Persons Holding Federal Exemptions

AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 4(a) and authorized by Section 9(a) of the Illinois Hazardous Materials Transportation Act [430 ILCS 30] and Section 3-704(b) of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5].ILLINOIS STATE POLICE

Any valid exemption issued by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation under Section 107 of the federal Hazardous Materials Transportation Act (49 U.S.C. Section 1806) shall be considered a valid exemption issued under this subpart.
