Title
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 4-201.12, and authorized by Section 4-201.1, of the Illinois Highway Code [605 ILCS 5/4-201.1 and 4-201.12].DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
This Part shall be known as Part 544 of the Illinois Department of Transportation Rules (92 Ill. Adm. Code 544) and was formerly known as Departmental Order 13-3.
