Suitability of Materials
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 9-113 and authorized by Section 4-201.1 of the Illinois Highway Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 121, pars. 4-201.1 and 9-113).DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
Only Department approved, as defined in Section 530.30, materials shall be used in utility installations in the right-of-way of the State Highway System.
